Mark oversees operations for 20 Buffalo Lodging properties across Buffalo and Ohio, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency. He leads property level teams, ensures brand compliance, drives operational performance, manages budgets, and champions guest satisfaction at every location.

Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University with over 25 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of key management roles, including Assistant General Manager at Residence Inn and General Manager at TownePlace Suites and Homewood Suites. He has also held senior executive positions such as Regional Director, Regional Vice President, and Vice President of Operations. Mark has successfully overseen the openings of numerous hotels in major markets across the Northeast, including Buffalo, the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. areas, and beyond.

Outside of work, Mark loves to stay active. You can find him hitting the trails for a run, exploring new landscapes on a hike, or embarking on exciting travel adventures.
