Maura oversees the operations of 16 Buffalo Lodging properties across New England, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency. Her responsibilities include leading property level teams, ensuring brand compliance, optimizing operational performance, managing budgets, and driving guest satisfaction across all locations.

Maura is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has held a range of leadership roles, including General Manager for prominent brands such as Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, Fairfield, TownePlace Suites, Hampton Inn, and Hilton Garden Inn. She has also served as Area General Manager and Regional Vice President. Maura has successfully led the opening of numerous hotels across key markets, including Atlanta, Northern California, Kansas City, and throughout New England and the Northeast. Her leadership and achievements have been recognized with several industry honors, including Marriott’s General Manager of the Year, Opening General Manager of the Year, and the distinguished Diamond General Manager Award.

Outside of work, Maura enjoys spending time with her two sons and supporting them at their games and school events.
