Patrick Worley Named General Manager of the Year

Reserved for the very best, this award celebrates leaders who inspire excellence, elevate the guest experience, drive outstanding results, and foster a workplace culture where teams truly thrive. This year, Patrick stood out among the best of the best.

Patrick has been with Buffalo Lodging Associates since 2017 and is approaching nine years with the company. He previously served as General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris in Ohio before relocating to Sarasota in August 2023 to lead the Hampton Inn & Suites Sarasota. In 2024, the hotel earned the brand’s Make It Right Award, recognizing it among the top 1% of Hampton properties for achieving one of the highest Stay Experience scores based on combined performance metrics.
