Buffalo Lodging Promotes a CFO From Within

Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC, is proud to continue to promote internal talent and announce the promotion of Nick Lamparelli, as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 23, 2023. In this role, Lamparelli will continue to be responsible for supporting financial performance, cash flow, operating objectives and risk assessment that supports the long-term strategy of Buffalo Lodging across the 50-hotel portfolio and corporate offices.

With 40 years of experience working within the hospitality sector, Mr. Lamparelli landed his first hotel job at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Upon joining Buffalo Lodging, he was the Regional Director of Finance for TPG Hotels & Resorts, responsible for the financial direction of multiple brands in the Northeast and Midwest markets. His journey has taken him through different companies in various positions, proudly landing with Buffalo Lodging in May 2017, as Vice President of Finance. During his tenure, Lamparelli has consistently demonstrated his deep understanding of financial operations, strategic planning, and sound decision-making. His valuable insights, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to streamline financial processes have played a vital role in driving our company’s growth and profitability.

Lamparelli resides in Buffalo, New York, with his wife, Cheryl. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, traveling, but most of all, enjoys spending free time with his family. Nick and his wife have a son and daughter, Anthony & Lauren. They also have two grandchildren, Henry & Felicity, with another grandchild on the way, and enjoy every opportunity to spend time with them. Nick & Cheryl also have a dog, Bruno, and three grand-doggies, Wembley, Daphne & Mia.
