MAINTENANCE
The Maintenance Team keeps our hotels well maintained, safe and comfortable for all of our guests. Our best Chief Engineers, Building Superintendents, and Maintenance Assistants are adaptable, able to solve problems efficiently, and have mechanical and technical skills.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Many of our hotels offer complimentary breakfast, while others have a restaurant or Bistro on site. We offer opportunities for Breakfast Attendants, Servers, Cooks, and Supervisors to ensure excellence in service during breakfast and dinner service.
FRONT DESK
The Front Desk is the face of our hotels, responsible for a guests’ first impression of their stay. Strong customer service, problem solving, and computer skills make for a great Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, Front Desk Supervisor, or even Assistant General Manager.
CORPORATE
Buffalo Lodging Associates’ manages and owns 50 hotels – which is due to the success from our corporate teams at one of our 3 offices located in Buffalo, NY; Canton, MA; and Sarasota, FL. Find opportunities in operational, human resources, development, marketing, and revenue leadership.
SALES
Our sales team for each of our hotels plays a crucial role in attracting guests and driving revenue to our properties. Those with determination to meet goals, strong communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships make for an ideal Director of Sales or Sales Coordinator!
LEADERSHIP
Buffalo Lodging credits much of its hotel success to the hotel leaders at each property. Both General Manager and Assistant General Managers play a huge role in fostering a positive work environment while operating the daily needs of the hotel through their expertise in operations and the hotel industry.
INTERN
Buffalo Lodging offers a unique opportunity for college students studying Hospitality with a rotational internship every summer! The intern will get hands on experience in each of our departments to show how each contributes to a successful hotel experience for each guest.
